Mike Knuble scored two goals to lead the Philadelphia Flyers to a 5-0 victory over New York on Saturday night, spoiling Scott Gomez and Chris Drury’s first preseason game for the Rangers. Sami Kapanen, Mike Richards and Steve Downie also scored for the Flyers (2-1-0). Both Philadelphia goalies played well.
